Thank you, my family, friends, and all who voted for me! You made my FIRST press trip to India a reality. Now that some time has passed, I am reflecting on my experience and want to share what I learned during those two weeks in Kerala, India. Do you know Kerala even have their own cuisine and language which is called Malayalam? Now let’s put two to two together- in Malayalam “Kera” means coconut and “Alam” means land. So, Kerala means land of coconut! And the reason why my Instagram was filled with tropical vibes for weeks! Check it out here! Without further ado,
Top Things to do in Yogyakarta, Indonesia

Now that I was done with Climbing Mount Everest Base Camp, next adventure was waiting for me in Javanese city of Indonesia. Officially it is known as Yogyakarta but locals call it “Jogja”. Now, I am not going to bore you with how many people live there or its exact longitude or latitude. So, let me just give it to you straight what you came for. 1. Mount Everest Base Camp – Kala Patthar Day 8 with Bonus Video

Today I am sharing Day 8 of Kala Patthar trekking. But first, here is something I been thinking about during my solo hike days. It is true that we live in times where everything goes faster and faster. Stress is increasing and work seems to take all the time. However, if we apply what President Dieter F. Day 3 Left Namche after breakfast and within minutes I was welcomed with stunning Himalayan range. The plan was to reach Tengboche by 5 pm but the trek and stairs to get there nearly killed me! Super steep uphill and downhill trek for hours but happiness is that satisfying feeling of making it through the long trekking day without any accidents. Made it just before 4 pm to Tengboche, then I visited the famous Tengboche Monastery where Monks were performing their rituals and felt good just being inside the Monastery and observing them. I lit candles for my dad and sent prayers for everyone.
